The retreat is set in a tranquil riverside setting in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Kent, close to London. …
Being outside is central to the experience - a large ‘hearth tent’ is our gathering space, set within the Forest Garden, next to a rare and beautiful chalk stream.
Divine Night is an inversion - we turn our attention toward night and ease through day.
The first night (Friday) is a gathering to celebrate women's stories around the fire and share in an artist-led connection with the land, through earth elements and mark making. Ends 11pm
Saturday is gentle, easygoing and grounding. Yoga, river swimming and an educational walk on Kent land restoration and local herbalism are all we need to do. All optional.
Saturday night we shift gear into embodied soulful Divine Night ceremony. The onsite, riverside woodland hosts us as we connect with our feminine Night selves together - and alone - in night solitude. Saturday night ends with a late night sound bath in the hearth tent. Ends 12:30am
Sunday morning is for slowness, nourishment and integration. Eco-somatic yoga, brunch and integration circle are all we need to do.
