Divine Night Women's Retreat
~ A retreat over two nights in Shoreham Kent ~
Sept 26-28 ~ £130 - £250
It may feel counterintuitive, but night is feminine… In both Eastern and Western traditions, the female aspect of nature is connected to darkness and night. In this soulful retreat women gather and connect intentionally with night through a radical night rewilding practice, land art, storytelling and exploring the archetypes, myths and goddesses which express the divine feminine and night.
Each night offers a deeply creative and embodied experience to awaken our night selves and connect with the land. Eco-somatic yoga, river swimming and land recovery rewilding walk, guided by Kent Wildlife Trust flow through the day.
Our two-night outdoor retreat creates space to dwell together in an inspiring riverside Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a range of outdoor based, glamping accommodations £130-£250 - find full details below.

Eco-Somatic Movement Workshop
Oru Space East Dulwich / Peckham Rye Park
Saturday August 2, 2:00-4:30
£30
This Earth yoga workshop explores yoga through a different lens - the ecological body. Yoga invites us to be very aware of our connection to element and cosmos and in this 2.5 hour we will learn ways to invite in nature both inside and outside of the studio. It’s particularly dynamic because it moves between two different spaces, the studio and the urban park. The first hour we spend at Oru Space studio in slow yoga, gradually moving into the felt landscapes of our bodies. The second part moves outside and brings the body into slow close relationship with Earth through subtle meditation and eco-somatic movement.
Eco = home
Soma = Body
Come home to Nature through your body.

Night Rewilding Practice - Hear Alice's Story
“Being in the woods at night was also a very non-typical way of how I would think to connect to nature which contributed to its power and really made me think about how we as women connect to the world around us…”
Alice was curious about night rewilding but also thought, ‘what a strange thing to ask women to do’. If you are curious about too and want to get a feel for it, read Alice’s story and learn more about the safely-held process.
“When I first heard about the rewilding night, I was very intrigued and wanted to participate, though I thought 'what a strange thing to encourage women to do!’”
Sitting in solitude in nature seemed daunting at first, I wondered how I would last 45 minutes to an hour, though it turned out to be very refreshing and a much calmer experience than I would've expected. I have pre-taught cautions about going into the woods at night…
