Upcoming events
This is an invitation to join in a creative research project.
Night wilding is intentional nature connection at night. Together, a small group of women head to the wood then disperse into solitude to experience being alone in nature at night - a deeply ‘different’ and soulful experience - , and the circle back around the fire again to reflect. In this overnight workshop we will:
-explore the feminine and night through literature, archetype and eco-feminism
-experience radical nature connection in group held night wilding
-reclaim our relationship with darkness and night
See what you feel after this soulful, intentional night connection. Add your voice to an ongoing research project collecting women’s reflections.
The overnight workshop is set at The Quadrangle, a tranquil nature retreat centre with a chalk stream river - in the Darent Valley, Kent = a short train ride from London. It includes gentle somatic yoga and mindfulness, optional river swim, shared accommodation and meals.
October 8-9 (13:00 - 12:00 the following day)
The donation towards costs £70. Book below or by contact.

Yoga Psychology Workshop 2026
This yoga for self-development workshop is a light introduction to the yoga psychology of the 'koshas', a yogic lens of embodied being. Often used as an assessment tool in yoga therapy, the five koshas or sheaths are the physical, energetic, mental emotional, inner wisdom and spiritual layers of our beings. This workshop will provide a space for you to take stock of your 5 koshas and assess how each is currently operating within you - where things are going well and how a sheath might be out of balance.
